These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.ahmadai.ai and any related platforms, services, software, or AI systems operated by AhmadAI / Teerya ("AhmadAI", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the website, submitting a form, creating an account, booking services, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services (AI Disclaimer)

AhmadAI provides artificial intelligence–based automation, advisory, and implementation services, including but not limited to chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation, and digital avatars.

You acknowledge that:

•AI systems are probabilistic and experimental by nature
•Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or incorrect
•AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
•You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs before use
•AhmadAI does not guarantee business outcomes, accuracy, compliance, uptime, revenue, or performance.

2. No Client Relationship Until Contract

Use of this website does not create a client, partner, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

A binding service relationship exists only once:

•a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or Subscription Agreement is executed, or
•payment is accepted subject to agreed service terms

💳 3. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Pricing, billing cycles, and refunds are governed by your applicable subscription or SOW.

Summary (non-exhaustive):

•Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice, with a refund for the current month
•Annual subscriptions include a 6-month money-back guarantee (pro-rata refund of unused portion)
•After 6 months, annual plans become non-refundable
•Custom development, third-party usage fees, and telephony charges are non-refundable.

🏷️ 4. Branding, Attribution & White-Label

AI solutions may display "Powered by AhmadAI" attribution by default.

White-label use (removal of attribution) is not included and is available only as a paid add-on, subject to written agreement and a one-time USD 1,000 fee.

You may not misrepresent AhmadAI technology as your own or imply ownership of AhmadAI systems unless expressly authorised.

AhmadAI may reference clients and partner work created during the engagement for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

✅ 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or services to:

•violate applicable laws or regulations
•engage in spam, harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
•impersonate individuals or entities
•misuse AI systems in a harmful or unlawful manner
•reverse engineer, resell, or exploit AhmadAI technology without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

💡 6. Intellectual Property

All website content, AI systems, workflows, prompts, models, designs, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of AhmadAI or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in writing.

🔗 7. Third-Party Services

AhmadAI integrates with third-party platforms including (but not limited to) OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Twilio, Vapi.ai, Google services, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms.

AhmadAI is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or failures caused by third-party providers.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•AhmadAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
•Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AhmadAI in the three (3) months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AhmadAI, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and technology providers from claims arising out of:

•your use or misuse of AI systems
•reliance on AI outputs
•failure to obtain required user or call-recording consent
•violation of applicable laws
•data or content you provide

🔐 10. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Data may be processed using secure infrastructure hosted in the Middle East and by approved subprocessors.

🏛️ 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

🔄 12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
