This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AhmadAI / Teerya ("AhmadAI", "we", "us") governing your use of our software, AI systems, and services.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, AhmadAI grants you a:

•Limited: Scope restricted to your subscription tier
•Non-exclusive: We may grant similar licenses to others
•Non-transferable: You may not transfer or assign this license
•Revocable: Subject to termination as outlined herein

This license allows you to access and use AhmadAI services for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

2. Intellectual Property

AhmadAI retains all intellectual property rights in:

•All software, code, algorithms, and AI models
•Workflows, prompts, and system designs
•Documentation, trademarks, and branding
•Any improvements or derivatives created from your feedback

You retain ownership of your data and content submitted to our services.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

•Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
•Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our systems
•Sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the software
•Remove or alter any proprietary notices
•Use the software to develop competing products
•Exceed usage limits specified in your subscription

4. Subscription Tiers

License rights vary by subscription tier:

•Starter: Single user, basic features, limited API calls
•Professional: Multiple users, advanced features, higher limits
•Enterprise: Unlimited users, all features, custom limits

Specific entitlements are detailed in your service agreement or order form.

5. White-Label License

White-label use requires a separate license:

•One-time fee of USD 1,000 per deployment
•Written agreement required
•Removes "Powered by AhmadAI" attribution
•Subject to additional terms and conditions

6. Term & Termination

This license is effective until terminated:

•You may terminate by canceling your subscription
•We may terminate for breach of this Agreement
•Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software
•Data export available for 30 days after termination

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AHMADAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AHMADAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
